- We have developed a bespoke integrated Jidoka based system for one of the worlds larges brake caliper manufacturers. This system integrated into the manufacturing cells and advised the local operator which machine would need to be attended to next, special screens call for additional parts or maintenance assistance.
- All controlled on a master control module with shift programming facility, target display, end of day reporting etc.
